Happy New Year!

Another year is fast approaching to an end, parang kailan lang, one year had already flew by. Where have all the days gone?

I wonder what have i done for the whole year that made it significant? Is there anything to look forward to for the year 2010?

The past year had been full of tears, laughters, new friendships and endeavors. Something new, something old, something nonsense, and something worth remembering. What's in it for next year I wonder?

I can only hope it will be a better year than what I had than this year ... but ofcourse, I would never forget the good memories I have had and the lessons I have learned from the not so good experiences.

Anyway, I wish everyone a happy new year. May it be more a fruitful one. :)

Until When

why does emptiness fills me;
inspite of everything that surrounds me
could it be because the only thing i wanted;
Could never surpass anything that is branded?

It has been quite a while I've lived my life alone
All on my own, without a "YOU", I have grown
But now it seems, ive have been searching for something
Inspite of all, of what i have been having

Could it be due, to the season of giving,
Or maybe because of the love I've been receiving
From people around me, though inspite of this
I can't seem to have, the most important bliss

I guess maybe its time,for me to finally set in
that I need to find the love, that seems to be held within
I don't know where to find him, I dont know where to look,
Could he be a total stranger, for this heart of mine he took

Could it be someone, I have known all my life
Or someone who I wanted, but I know I could never have
When will be the time, I will finally be with him forever
Does he even know, I exist, nor should leave me never?

I hope he would come, while I am still capable of loving
For the day would come, I'll get tired of waiting
If that happens, I will never be so sure
That I can still fall, for someone whose love would be pure...

Anyway, I hope everyone will have a happy holidays.. I know a friend of mine is. Even is he has to spend his Christmas in the hospital, he is happy.. because his wife just gave birth to a healthy baby boy. (bagong inaanak :D )

As for me, well.. we just have to make the most of it. Enjoy what we have. Count our blessings. And enjoy what life has to offer.

As of now, there isn't any plans for the holidays. Will be at home most of the time, bonding with my nieces and nephew...

And the good thing is, we have a 4 day straight vacation. And I will definitely get alot of rest. I havent been feeling so well lately. Feeling ko high blood pressure na to.. tsk tsk)

Christmas Spirit

Pasko naaaaaaaaaa!!! heheh.. its been cold these past few days.. i can feel the cold air. Christmas is indeed just around the corner. there are not much of a plan since we don't really celebrate Christmas (being a non catholic) but as a family, ofcourse we still do. Its been a while since we spent Christmas together with my family, Our last Christmas celebration together as a family was since last December 2003. Since my parents had to leave the country December 2004. Its been a while that I was with them, and thank God for the minds who invented the internet, we get to chat and talk everytime we both are available. What we usually do is go online before midnight the 24th, and basically, anticipate the Christmas morn. Not much presents though this year, not like when i used to work on my previous company where they give out GCs as "bonus" but as long a we are all happy right? and of course, I still have my sister and my makulit little nephew and nieces, what else could I ask for. I am also looking forward for my 13 month pay, hopefully, it will be given soon. I'm planning to buy something i have been longing to have. A notebook mini. that is IF i will be given the means...

Just recently, my mom and my brother had purchased 2 of these laptop mini.. (inunahan pa ko.. kahit ako ang unang nagbalak bumili) anyway, i even asked my mom to just send it to me instead.. lolz. Ofcourse, its for their personal use. I plan to buy one soon too, and it would consume my whole 13 month pay plus a Swipe for the rest of the expense.

Anyway, I had been busy at work, so I wasn't really able to update my blog as planned but i do check it every now and then. Everything has been a chaos at work. And its a good thing, I had my time off just for the day as I would be attending my niece' concert (a concert held by their school). Tomorrow, will be another day.Looking forward on learning something new.
